Micro-Synthetic Transactions

Exciting news for our users!

Do you have a login/service SLA that you track for your commitment to customers? Do you require the ability to detect granular micro-level outages in your crucial checkout flow? We are thrilled to announce the latest enhancement to our industry-leading Synthetic Transaction Monitoring Feature. This innovative feature, known for its utilization of real Chrome sessions to monitor and test real web and applications has now been upgraded to support “Micro-Synthetic Transactions”. This advancement represents a significant leap in our commitment to providing cutting-edge, reliable and efficient monitoring solutions solving real world challenges.

When configuring your transaction tests, users have the flexibility to set the frequency at 1 minute, ensuring a more granular monitoring of your website’s performance. The transaction test is optimized with a 30-second timeout, providing a balance between precision and efficiency. This new configuration allows for faster check execution (under 1 minute in most cases) and allows for deeper visibility to crucial flows. Don’t worry – all of the great features like screenshot on error, alerting and granular notifications are still supported.

Here’s the cherry on top: even during your free trial, you can take advantage of the 1-minute frequency setting. It’s a powerful enhancement to your website monitoring toolkit, ensuring you get the most out of your monitoring and testing capabilities. Currently the feature is available only on our Premium plan.
