This year, we’ve diligently worked to streamline and simplify our subscription process, ensuring it’s more intuitive and user-friendly. But that’s not all – we’ve maintained the flexibility of our add-on model and the autonomy of our fully self-service platform.

Your feedback has been our guiding light. We’ve listened attentively and acted to enrich your experience, accelerate your time to value and optimize the purchasing process. But our journey doesn’t stop here. We remain committed to continuously refining our subscription management system and enhancing the overall value we offer to you, our valued customers. As enthusiasts in the field of monitoring, we understand the importance of comprehensive coverage. We’re thrilled to share that our observability network has experienced remarkable growth, scaling from less than 50 points of presence to over 70 locations in just a few months.

But our vision extends beyond these achievements. Looking ahead to 2024, we are committed to further expanding our network. This expansion will not only enhance our coverage in North America but also extend our reach into international markets, ensuring you have the global visibility you need. Stay tuned as we continue to broaden our visibility and bring you even more comprehensive monitoring solutions.

  1. New PageSpeed Check Type & Synthetic Monitoring Checks

We are excited with the tremendous response to our new PageSpeed checks witnessing rapid adoption and immense success among our customers. This enthusiastic reception has spurred us to further enhance these checks. These enhancements are designed to provide deeper insights into your webpage’s performance and security, offering you a clearer understanding of how to optimize your online presence.

In addition, we are proud to position ourselves as a leader in synthetic monitoring. We have recently upgraded our synthetic monitoring features, now including support for 2FA login – a capability that sets us apart in the market. Moreover, we have integrated support for micro-transaction checks, a unique feature within our platform. This advanced functionality enables the detection of brief outages in login flows, occurring within a minute or less. It is a critical tool to ensure the seamless functioning of your most vital customer transactions.

  1. New StatusPage Integrations – Endpoints for Everyone and Everything!

Our team has been hard at work enhancing various aspects of this area of the platform, ensuring it offers exclusive and essential features that you won’t find anywhere else.

As we move into 2024, you can expect even more exciting developments. We’re focusing on enhancing the styling options of StatusPage, providing a more tailored and visually appealing experience. Additionally, we’re integrating more functionalities, further streamlining your communication channels. Our goal is to make your incident response process as efficient and effective as possible, reducing downtime and improving communication clarity.

At Uptime.com, we are proud to be among the select few offering comprehensive native iOS and Android applications. These apps are crucial for operations, IT, SRE/DevOps professionals who need to stay informed about their site’s status in real time. Our mobile applications (FREE!) enable you to respond swiftly to outages, ensuring minimal downtime and enhanced operational efficiency.

Key features like push notifications and enhanced login support, including SSO and 2FA, ensure your account remains secure while providing immediate outage alerts. This year, we’ve introduced several significant enhancements to our mobile apps, such as subaccount support and we’re excited to say that this is just the beginning.

These mobile app enhancements are part of the over 100 major updates we have rolled out across our entire platform and application stack this year. But our journey of innovation is far from over.

Looking forward to 2024, we’re so excited about the new developments in store. You can expect to see a range of new UI/UX enhancements, additional features in StatusPage and new role-based permissions.
