UI Refresh for Bulk Actions Menu

The Bulk Actions menu on the Checks page has a fresh look, with new icons for common functions, and a redesigned dropdown menu for everything else.

Use the same selection box along the left to choose which checks to apply these bulk actions to. Once selected, the new Bulk Actions menu icons will appear.
