We’ve restructured the Dashboard Sidebar to make navigation more intuitive and ensure you can quickly access the features you use most. Here’s what’s new:
- Launchpad Removed: The Dashboard is now your default landing page upon login, giving you immediate access to key metrics and insights.
- “What’s New” at the Top: Stay updated with the latest product enhancements and announcements right at the top of the sidebar.
- “Suggest a Feature” Relocated: You’ll now find this option under your User Profile, making it easier to share your ideas with us.
- “Tools” Repositioned: “Tools” is now located between Secure Vault and IRM & OnCall.
- Breadcrumbs Added: Navigate effortlessly across all pages with the introduction of breadcrumbs, ensuring you always know where you are within the platform. This improvement is being rolled out in phases with all pages completed by end of January.
Status Page UI Updates
Your Status Pages are vital for communicating uptime and performance to your customers. In addition to the new design options added in 2024, we’ve made several enhancements to simplify and improve this functionality of managing your Status Pages:
- Side Tray Modals: Status Page modals have been moved to a side tray, providing a cleaner and more organized interface.
- Timezone Selector: A new timezone selector allows you to view check details in your preferred timezone, ensuring accuracy and convenience.
- Import and Export Feature: Easily manage subscribers and streamline your workflows with the new import/export capability.

Alerts Page UI Updates

- Enhanced Table Design: The new table layout improves readability and usability, making it easier to monitor alerts at a glance.
- Date Filters: Quickly filter alerts by “AT” and “UP” dates for precise data analysis.
- Export Functionality: Export alerts for reporting or further analysis with just a few clicks.
- Check Tags and Filters: Organize and filter alerts more effectively with the addition of Check Tags and advanced filters.
- Summary Header: Gain better visibility into your alerts with a concise summary header at the top of the page.
- View Alert Details: Alert details are now displayed via a drawer within Check Details, offering a more integrated and seamless experience.
- Improved Filtering: The component and Alert table filtering capabilities have been enhanced, allowing for more precise and efficient data management.
