"I love how easy it is to configure things. Their support team is friendly and responsive and helped me resolve technical issues quickly. They have many ways to get alerts if something is down, and there is no delay in alerting once a check has failed. We also love the built-in reporting they have available. It's clean, and we don't have to modify it in any way before sending it to clients."

Read the full review"Uptime is a lifesaver for our production support team, before Uptime we were monitoring our production sites manually or through a few automation scripts, sometime we will not get time to monitor, or sometimes scripts may get fail, we don’t know until the customer reports there was an issue with site access or performance issues, now we are out of all those issues, Uptime checks are helping us a lot, whenever there is an issue with any production site our support team will be notified with SMS, Email and Phone call and then we will immediately inform our customers and take care of the issues. Also, SLA and scheduled reports are very useful to our customers, recently we have created status pages with Uptime support team help, and it is also helping us in a great way. Overall we highly recommend using Uptime if someone is looking for Monitoring software. "

SaaS plans involve multiple fixed package options that vary by features and price. The fixed nature of these plans require users to upgrade to a higher tier if they’ve reached their maximum feature or volume limits.
